Welcome to the Thunderbird Trading Post Web Site.  We are located at 7121 Waller Road East in Tacoma, WA.  We are a part of the Puyallup Indian Nation.

The Thunderbird Trading Post was established in November of 1975 by Vicki Gord.  

Vicki started the business as a small tobacco and convenience store.  Today it has five departments, the Convenience and Tobacco Store, Restaurant, T-Bird Lounge, Cigar Lounge, and Seasonal Fireworks.  For your convenience we will accept your personal check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

Whether your idea of a good time is a good meal in our Restaurant, a night of darts and karaoke in the  Lounge, a relaxing evening with a fine cigar in the Aficionado cigar lounge or a quick purchase at the convenience store, you can find it all here.  

In our convenience Store we have a a tremendous selection items.  We also proudly boast the largest selection of tobacco products in Tacoma, WA.  If fireworks sound exciting we have one of the largest selections of fireworks in a walk around stand for your holiday celebrations & special occasions.  We offer fireworks for sale in June, July and a few select days in December.
