Job Summary

Facilities Maintenance: Perform general maintenance and repair duties in and outside complex.  Duties will include all general labor needs arising for business.  Must have general knowledge and skills in plumbing, construction, electrical, painting, welding, equipment repair, refrigeration, heating and grounds.  Must have own tools.  Employees must be 21 years of age or older.  Must have WA State Drivers License.  Standing and walking around required throughout shift.  Climbing up and down ladders up to 20 feet.  Carry cases/furniture upstairs to second level.  Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds each shift.
