Job Summary

Facilities Janitorial: Graveyard position.  Clean all floors, walls, windows, fixtures, mats, restrooms and ceiling vents.  Empty all garbage receptacles inside and outside the complex.  Keep the outside complex area clean and organized, including the parking areas.  Dispose of cardboard; replace light bulbs and florescent tubes as needed.  All outside doors are to be checked and locked.  Equipment used in duties is to be checked, maintained and repaired.  Identify safety concerns and take care of these immediately or notify management.  Perform other related duties and assignments as required.  Employees must be 18 years of age or older.  Standing and walking required throughout a seven to ten hour shift.   Must be able to lift and carry up to seventy-five pounds consistently each shift.
