Dishwasher:
Responsible for cleaning, sanitizing and storage of all dishes and
utensils used in the preparation, storage and serving of food. Operate
the powered dishwasher according to correct procedures. Monitor and
stock chemicals used in its operation. Take garbage and cardboard to
receptacles. Put food deliveries away promptly. As assigned or
requested, assist the prep cooks and cooks complete preparation of food
items for use in the finished menu item. Assist front restaurant staff
as required. Stock and clean the restrooms as needed or requested.
Follow all health code laws and company policies in food preparation,
cooking and storage. Employees must be 17 years of age or older
(Certain shifts require 18 years of age or older). A Food Worker Card
is required. Must be able to lift and carry forty pounds constantly and
up to 80 pounds frequently during the day. Standing and walking
required throughout a seven to nine hour shift.
