Cook:
Cook or prepare all food
orders according to menu specifics submitted from the restaurant and
lounge(s). Follow menu, portion and recipe specifics. Send orders out
of kitchen in a timely period and presented attractively.
Follow all health code laws and company policies in food preparation,
cooking and storage. Keep the kitchen area clean and organized,
follow all safety rules and laws and assist staff in organizing or
completing duties. Complete cleaning and stocking requirements before
shift ends. Employees must be 18 years of age or older. A Food Worker
Card is required. Must be able to lift and carry thirty pounds
constantly and up to 60 pounds frequently during the day. Standing and
