Prep Cook: The
completion of daily and/or weekly food preparation list(s) to enable the
cook to complete food orders. Support other kitchen staff as needed
and/or requested. Work Cooking Line as requested or scheduled. Follow
all health code laws and company policies in food preparation, cooking
and storage. Keep prep area and cooler clean and organized. Follow all
safety rules and laws. Employees must be 18 years of age or older. A
Food Worker Card is required. Must be able to lift and carry thirty
pounds constantly and up to 60 pounds frequently during the day.
