Lounge Security:
Remain alert at all times to suspicious activity and/or
behavior of customers and employees within and outside the premises.
Intervene as necessary or requested to calm a situation down before it
escalates into an injury to customers, staff or a police call. Follow
all WA State liquor laws on age requirements, proper identification, no
weapons in the lounge and over serving restrictions and company
polices. Assist as needed in serving, cleaning, stocking and other
lounge duties. Employees must be 21 years of age or older. A Food
Worker Card is required. A WA State Class 12 Liquor permit is
required. Must be able to lift and carry up to seventy-five pounds
occasionally. Standing and walking required throughout a seven to ten
hour shift.
